A new guest is arriving today and this means Akka needs a thourough clean. The bedding needs washing, the fridge re-stocking, the Systembolaget requires a visit and the deck needs scrubbing.
But the end of a guest visit always has a profound impact on me sleep-wise. After a week of making sure that my guests have a good time and see the best side of “my life on Akka”, I am always totally exhausted and need a day to sleep and relax.
But what better way to get up the next day, when all the preparations are done and be greeted by this kind of Sweden.
