An exhilarating day on the water! There was about 5+ Bft from the south and we had a whale of a time. With the main reefed down to it’s second reef and the genoa full out we screamed down the channel between Yxlan and Blidö in no time. Of course blue skies and temperatures in the mid-twenties – YEEEAAAHHH!
At 3pm the wind picked up some more and we took some of the genoa in too and decided to look for a spot for the night. We found a lovely one on Själlbottna where we ate a hearty Austrian Erdäpfel Gulasch just before a storm front passed by which looked really impressive.
A trip to the cinema (looking for a cosy rock to watch the sun set) was rewarded with another picture postcard sun set.
