Stockholm presented itself in perfection yesterday. Blue skies, tempetratures of around 22 degrees.
We tried to get a replacemnet oar for Nils, but failed, as the chandler in Kommendörsgatan no longer exists. We then had breakfast and walked back to the harbour to move Akka for the last night. After that we visited Skansen and made our way into Stockholm for more walking around (and drinking beer). Our dinner at a Lebanese restaurant was excellent (after some confusion about our names, the booking was made under the name of Jonny Wolfman – loved it) In total, it was almost 29.000 steps and my feet are very sore today.
Bye, bye Jonny! It was a wonderful and eventful visit and I am looking forward to welcoming you again on Akka next year.
Thank you for being an excellent host – sad to be leaving, but as your fellow Austrian says, “I’ll be back!”
