Yesterday was a bit of downer – the engine cutting out, my foot getting worse, the weather not up to my Swedisch-standards. But today all was sorted. First; I found a loose screw on the fuel inlet hose and that seems to have sorted out the diesel. I think. I hope. And in the afternoon I went to Dandery Sjuküs to have my foot looked at. A very competent hospital crew guided my for 3 1/2 hours to the “I have got good news for you!”
There is no fracture, just a sprained ankle. The worsening of the swelling and pain was probably due to hobbling around on a boat for a few days. So the advice is “take it easy for a few days. And this is what I will do!
What a relief on both accounts.
