Another long day to get to my destination. The wind has been coming steadily from south-west since I arrived in Finland, which means that I have to sail clause hauled all the time. A pesky island in my way meant, that I had to tack out to the open sea for quite some time yesterday. 30 nm became 42!
But as a reward I was greeted by a grainstore like light-house from the 70s!
We have mainly wind from nw or SW ,unfortunate för sailing boats and your experience is like mine,personal against wind sailing .
