It was only a short stay, but we packed a lot in. Kaffeekuchenhaus and a 17 nm tack to Ladna. There, some swimming, BBQ, games and luckily missed thunderstorm. The forecast proved to be wrong for the next day, so we quickly changed our plan and set out to Lilla Nassa with some kayaking and a sunset cinema. A fresh breeze brought us back to Gällnö Hemviken with a nice walk to my favourite bar in the archipelago. On our final day we had more sunshine and a 5-6 kn sail back. A last swim and quick lunch positioned us well for a sail-by of the Gotland-Runt regatta (some 300 boats). Then into Vaxholm for a quick ice-cream, before the taxi collected 2 happy sailors.
We had a wonderful time, and I am already looking forward to their visit next year.
