The wind is very cold but as soon as you are sheltered and are lying in the sun it gets very hot. This is the reason for us not getting that far towards our destination further up north. It started beautifully, as we sailed from Gällnö to the north part of Möja. There the sea opens up a bit however and the wind was blowing (4-5 Bft) directly from our destination. Victoria did not like it and after 1/2 hour beating into the wind we turned around and went to Lökao. A great spot but a bit windy in our anchorage. But the anchor held fine and we had time to snooze in the sun.
In the evening the “lights” came on. A spectacle seen when the sunset produces a very warm light and the rocks and trees start to glow in beautiful colours.
