We are back on Akka and we are finally online! Yours truly did an amazing thing while packing the office stuff. I managed to hide the Telia SIM card-holder which has the PIN for the SIM on it. So, when we arrived on Saturday I fired up my notebook to inform the family and the world-at-large that we made it safely to Akka – I could not connect to the internet – panic set in as the whole set-up “Akka and me” only works with an excellent internet connection.
I searched high-and-low but could not find the card-holder that has the PIN written on it. On Sunday we decided to take a bus to Akersberga (1:10 hour) to get a new card. To my frustration, there is no longer a Telia shop there and the SIM I bought at the supermarket only works with telephones and not with my USB-G4 Data-stick. Bexi then kindly drove to our house to search my desk and everything on and under it – to no avail!
When I got back I searched everything! And I mean everything. TADA the SIM card-holder turned up. It was amongst some business cards of mine that I put into my new snazzy notebook case.
Now the summer 2016 can begin.
