Having guests on Akka is always a privilege and the visit from Angelika and Christian was no exception. This year their call was even more appreciated, as the wind finally changed into my favour after their arrival in Riga.
We leisurley sailed the 220 nm from Riga to Tallinn and collected many impressions on the way. The weather was not always super-sunny, but apart from a couple of grey and rainy-ish days, the temperature was hardly below 25 degrees. Riga – Ruhnu – Kihnu – Kiuvastu – Haapsalu – Dirhami – Tallinn were our ports of call and all had something special to offer. And yes, I tried to make it quickly to Tallinn, as I wanted to give Angelika and Christian some extra days for the pearl in the Baltic. And they loved it. Which makes for a happy skipper 🙂
