After 2 weeks at Vaxholm, it was finally time to go. I managed to get a lot of work-work done and tinkered on Akka here and there. All in all it had a very nice time and Maria and Sophia helped from the harbour office helped me almost daily with bits of information and small-talk. Thank you!
But yesterday was not all fun, we had to go to North-Sails on Lindingö first to get replacement sail-battens, as the old ones can’t be found anywhere – strange!
Anyway after a couple of hours motoring we hoisted the genoa and gently sailed to one of our favourite spots – Storön just outside Vaxholm.
