Pink kefir soup quail egg, cucumber, radish, potato, herbs, sourcream

Green lettuce, hummus sauce, radish, celery, watermelon, seasonal berries, sesame, herb oil

Mushroom dumplings, herb oil, sourcream

Wild boar sausages, grilled bell pepper and onion, chilli cucumber, mustard vinaigrette, gratinated potatoes, red wine sauce

Roast river trout, warm salad – apple, onion, bell pepper, celery

Black currant sorbet
