I took a day off today and decided not to do any work (real or boat work). After I got up I went for a 2 hour walk. A bit frustrating as the route I went on, was predominantly on a road, so no nature and wild animals this time.
On my way home I did some much needed grocery shopping though. After that I made myself comfortable in the cockpit, well sheltered by the dodger, and worked on my sun tan.
The downside to all this sunny and warm weather is my iPad. Reading the kindle on the iPad is difficult in the sunlight anyway. But worse than this is the heat. After a while the iPad switches off with the message “iPad needs to cool down before you can use it” – I never expected this to be a problem in Sweden. 🙂
